Manage Operating Room images and videos
Centralize, stream, and record all your video feeds
Centralize and control all your operating room video feeds
In a operating room, managing video workflows has become a strategic priority to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. Today’s surgeries involve multiple imaging devices: endoscopes, microscopes, ceiling-mounted cameras, patient monitors, mobile imaging equipment, and more. Without a centralized system, handling all these feeds can quickly become complex and prone to errors.
An Operating Room Video Integration system allows you to consolidate, organize, view, and distribute all video signals across one or multiple screens, while also providing the ability to record, archive, and share surgical procedures. This streamlines the workflow for the surgical team, giving them access to all video sources from a single, intuitive interface.
These solutions do more than just display images. They enable teams to manage audio and video feeds efficiently, switch sources quickly, annotate images, and share videos with other ORs or for training and remote consultation. The result is a more efficient operating room, better-coordinated teams, and enhanced patient safety.
Thanks to the modular design of our video workstations, each OR can benefit from a solution tailored to its specific setup, whether it’s an already equipped room or a full integration project. This not only modernizes existing infrastructure but also creates a fluid, ergonomic, and scalable workspace designed to evolve with future surgical demands.

for video management and integration
We offer a full range of video management workstations designed for all types of operating rooms. Each monitors centralizes, displays, records, and shares your medical video and audio feeds, while seamlessly integrating into your existing infrastructure. Depending on your needs, you can choose from 32″ or 55″ screens, operating independently or in combination, with plug & play configuration and up to 4K resolution. Our solutions are engineered to optimize surgical team comfort, simplify procedure traceability, and enable efficient collaboration, whether within the operating room, across multiple ORs, or remotely for training and tele-expertise.
Our video monitors for operating rooms
The all-in-one (AIO) monitors provide a complete solution for managing, recording, streaming, and routing all your video feeds, featuring a 32” or 55” touchscreen. They combine all functionalities in a recessed or wall-mounted enclosure, offering centralized and ergonomic control of the operating room.
The smart 32’’ monitor includes the essential features of the AIO in a more compact and simplified format, with fewer connectable sources. It allows you to manage, display, and record primary video feeds while maintaining an intuitive and ergonomic interface suited for smaller spaces.
The PSC 55’’ monitor is designed for medical video feed management and capture. It supports streaming, display, and recording from medical devices and PACS, but does not include routing to other screens, making it ideal for centralized control in a single operating room

All our monitors use the SMS software suite
All our monitors come equipped with the SMS software suite, a comprehensive and modular solution that centralizes video feed management, procedure traceability, and remote collaboration. SMS consists of 11 features grouped into three main categories, tailored to the needs of surgical teams and hospital departments.
Optimize your operating room video management with SMS
This category includes features that allow surgical teams to manage all video and audio feeds in real time:
- SMS Routing: select and stream video sources to multiple destinations.
- SMS Capture: record and capture images and videos of procedures.
- SMS Streaming: broadcast feeds to other rooms or remotely, with bidirectional audio.
- SMS Control: manage ambient cameras and operating room lighting.
- SMS Inter-OR: enhance communication and coordination across multiple operating rooms.
These tools enable teams to view, share, and secure feeds in real time, improving workflow efficiency, safety, and overall performance during surgeries.
This category ensures patient data security and procedure traceability:
- SMS Storage: multi-criteria search, editing, and annotation of images and videos post-procedure.
- SMS Patient Worklist: automated daily patient scheduling and simplified selection.
- SMS Patient Identity: secure identification using barcode scanning to ensure patient safety.
- SMS Report: automatic generation of image reports linked to patient records.
These features allow teams to centralize information, secure every step of the procedure, and ensure regulatory compliance and traceability of surgical acts.
This category provides secure access to video feeds and reports outside the operating room:
- SMS Replay: review procedure images, videos, and reports from the office.
- SMS Surgiview: remotely view and select video feeds for training, tele-expertise, and OR workflow optimization.
These tools allow surgeons, trainers, and hospital managers to review, share, and collaborate efficiently, staying connected to real-time interventions even from a distance.

Fhy choose a video integration system for your operating room?
A modern surgical video management system transforms operating room workflows. It centralizes all audio and video sources, simplifies the work of surgical teams, and enhances procedural safety.
Every operating room is unique, and requirements evolve over time. Our modular video monitors adapt to different levels of integration: mobile, semi-integrated, or fully integrated. They can be customized according to the number of video inputs, camera types, recording options, and network compatibility.
This modularity allows healthcare facilities to gradually modernize their infrastructure, add new features without disrupting existing ORs, and implement a durable, scalable solution that can adapt to future innovations in surgical technology.
Ergonomics and workflow comfort
With video integration, all image and information sources are centralized on a single, intuitive interface. Surgical teams can quickly access the required feeds, switch sources without interrupting the procedure, and view multiple images simultaneously on one or several screens. This centralization reduces the need to handle multiple cables or devices, lowers stress and the risk of errors, and allows surgeons to fully focus on the operation. By optimizing the layout and accessibility of information, the operating room becomes a more fluid, modern, and secure workspace.
Enhanced traceability and security
Video integration ensures complete traceability of every procedure. Feeds can be automatically recorded, timestamped, and linked to patient records via medical standards such as DICOM and PACS. This functionality is essential for regulatory compliance, post-operative follow-up, and team training. It also allows teams to review procedures, analyze surgical gestures, and identify areas for improvement. Surgical teams benefit from accurate, reliable, and secure documentation, while minimizing handling and the risk of data loss.
Streamlined collaboration and training
Video management systems allow feeds to be streamed live to other ORs, lecture halls, or tele-expertise platforms. Surgeons can share procedures with remote colleagues, train new teams, and request real-time external guidance. This ability to collaborate and communicate instantly improves team coordination, enhances decision-making, and fosters continuous learning. The operating room becomes a fully connected environment, where training and cooperation are seamlessly integrated into daily workflows.
FAQ
Yes. Modern video management solutions comply with strict confidentiality and medical traceability standards. Video streams are securely protected and recorded to ensure reliable monitoring of procedures.
The main benefits include: increased safety, better coordination, time savings, improved working comfort, and new opportunities for training and remote collaboration.
Video management allows the collection, centralization, and distribution of all video streams in an operating room (surgical cameras, endoscopes, medical imaging, etc.). It ensures that the surgical team has the right information, at the right time, on the right screens.
